Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího systému motivace v organizaci AZ Klima s.r.o. a posouzení jeho účinnosti. Díky teoretickým poznatkům motivace a jejich významu pro vypracování postupů bude dále vypracován návrh na zlepšení dosavadního motivačního systému v organizaci.
Abstract:
Diploma is focused on analyzing the existing system of motivation to AZ Klima Ltd. and assess its effectiveness. With the theoretical knowledge and motivation of their importance for the development of procedures will be further developed a proposal to improve the current incentive system in organization.
