Abstract:

Tlčik, D. Komunikační mix společnosti ŠPIZZA PIZZA s.r.o. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou komunikačního mixu společnosti půso-bící v odvětví gastronomie. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout konkrétní opatření v oblasti komunikace se zákazníky, která budou směřovat ke zvýšení spokojenosti a počtu zákazníků, frekvence nákupů a následně i tržeb. V úvodu práce jsou před-staveny základní pojmy z oblasti marketingu a stravovacích služeb. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní marketingový výzkum provedený prostřednictvím dotazníko-vého šetření. Dotazník zahrnuje otázky zaměřené na spokojenost zákazníků se současnou nabídkou a službami. Na základě získaných dat je posouzen stávající komunikační mix a jsou navrhnuty nové formy marketingové komunikace vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti cílového segmentu a povědomí o působení společnosti. Mezi hlavní doporučení patří zvýšení aktivity na sociálních sítích, využívání direct marketingu a umístění reklamy na rozvozových autech. Práce má potenciál po-skytnout inspiraci pro ostatní gastronomické podniky při vylepšování svých mar-ketingových strategií a komunikačního mixu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the communication mix of a company operating in the gastronomy sector. The main objective of the thesis is to propose specific measures in customer communication aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, the number of customers, purchase frequency, and subse-quently, revenue. The introduction of the thesis presents basic concepts from the fields of marketing and food services. The practical part consists of quantitative marketing research conducted through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire includes questions focused on customer satisfaction with the current offerings and services. Based on the ob-tained data, the existing communication mix is evaluated, and new forms of mar-keting communication are proposed to increase satisfaction within the target seg-ment and raise awareness of the company's presence. Key recommendations include increased activity on social media platforms, the utilization of direct marketing, and advertising placement on delivery vehicles. The thesis has the potential to inspire other gastronomic businesses to enhance their marketing strategies and communication mix.
