Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na fluktuaci řidičů ve společnosti Autodoprava Jiří Levora s.r.o. V teoretické části je vymezena problematika fluktuace zaměstnanců. V praktické části je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu fluktuace řidičů ve společnosti Autodoprava Jiří Levora s.r.o. Jsou zde navržena opatření pro snížení fluktuace řidičů v dané společnosti, která jsou v závěrečné fázi práce zhodnocena.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the fluctuation of drivers in the company Autodoprava Jiří Levora s.r.o. In the theoretical part, the issue of employees' fluctuation is defined. In the practical part is analyzed the current state of fluctuation of drivers in the company Autodoprava Jiří Levora s.r.o.
