The Project to Increase the Motivation of Employees in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je provést analýzu současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců v divizi ve vybrané společnosti a na základě této analýzy navrhnout projekt, který povede ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce přináší literární rešerši z rozdílných zdrojů, která následně slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část diplomové práce. Praktická část je tvořena analýzou současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců pomocí průzkumu interních dokumentů, rozhovorů a měření zaměstnaneckého NPS. Výsledky analýzy odhalily nedostatek motivace zaměstnanců v divizi a jejich nespokojenost s formou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Na základě zjištění z teoretické části a provedené analýzy je vytvořen projekt, který obsahuje navržené aktivity s cílem zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců v divizi ve vybrané společnosti. Navržené aktivity jsou zavedení ovocných dnů, program Multisport a Active Pass Card, výuka anglického jazyka ve společnosti, celofiremní sportovní soutěže a příspěvek na životní pojištění. Projekt je podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the motivation of employees in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of employee motivation in the division in the selected company and based on this analysis to design a project that should lead to increased employee motivation. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of literary research from different sources, which serves as a basis for the practical part of the thesis. The practical part consists of an analysis of the current state of employee motivation through a survey of internal documents, interviews and measurement of Employee Net Promoter Score. The results of the analysis revealed a lack of motivation of employees in the division and their dissatisfaction with the form of employee benefits. Based on the findings from the theoretical part and the analysis, a project was created. The project contains activities aimed at increasing the motivation of employees in the division in the selected company. The suggested activities are the set up of fruit days, the Multisport and Active Pass Card program, English language teaching in the company, company-wide sports competitions and a contribution to life insurance. The whole project is subjected to cost, time and risk analysis.
