Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá svobodným přístupem k informacím ve vztahu k veřejné správě se zaměřením na městské úřady. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, právnímu rámci dané problematiky a především procesním postupům při uplatňování práva na informace. Praktická část zkoumá přístup vybraných městských úřadů k poskytování informací.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with free access to information in relation to public administration with a focus on municipal authorities. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of basic concepts, the legal framework of the issue and, above all, the procedural procedures for the application of the right to information.
