Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním téma diskriminace rodičů v pracovním vztahu. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy diskriminace, druhy diskriminací, právní úpravou diskriminace včetně konkrétních právních úprav i s ohledem na právní úpravu Evropské Unie, které se zabývají vztahem podniku a zaměstnanci jako rodiči. The bachelor thesis analyzes the issue of parents´ discrimination in labour relations. The theoretical part deals with the fundamental notions of discrimination, its types, general legal framework and specific provisions, reflecting upon the acquis communautaire that govern the relations between an employer and an employee as a parent.
