Effective types of motivation, their importance and influence on the work performance of the employees of the company

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika účinné formy motivace, její význam a vliv na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců podniku. S poklesem nezaměstnanosti v ČR je stále složitější získávat, vybírat a udržet kvalitní zaměstnance, kteří budou ochotně plnit pracovních povinností. Vliv správně nastavených motivačních faktorů je neoddiskutovatelný. V teoretických východiscích se zaměřuji na definování základní problematiky spojené s účinnými formami motivace. Kompilace textů je zaměřena na význam a vliv motivačních faktorů na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců podniku. Praktická část je s teoretickými východisky logicky provázána. V praktické části se zaměřuji na charakteristiku společnosti, analýzu a vyhodnocení efektivity stávajících forem motivace. Následují návrhy na změny a opatření, které posílí motivaci spolupracovníků ve středisku projekce a optotraktů společnosti AZ Elektrostav, a.s.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is the issue of effective form of motivation, its importance and influence on the work performance of the company employees. With the decline in unemployment in the Czech Republic, it is becoming more and more difficult to acquire, select and maintain high-quality employees who will be willing to perform their duties. The influence of properly set motivational factors is indisputable. In the theoretical background, I focus on defining the basic issues associated with effective forms of motivation. The compilation of texts is focused on the importance and influence of motivational factors on the work performance of company employees. The practical part is logically linked with the theoretical background. In the practical part I focus on the characteristics of the company, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of existing forms of motivation. Following are suggestions for changes and measures that will strengthen the motivation of employees in the center of projection and optotraces of AZ Elektrostav, a.s.
