Marketing communication in the hotel EURO Pardubice

Abstract: Tato diplomová práce pojednává o marketingové komunikaci v hotelu EURO Pardubice. Cílem práce je monitorovat a analyzovat marketingovou komunikaci v hotelu, poté zhodnotit aktuální stav a najít návrhy a opatření, které mohou vést ke zlepšení kvality marketingové komunikace, zvýšení kvality poskytovaných služeb.

Abstract: The thesis deals with the marketing communication in hotel EURO in the town of Pardubice. The aim is to analyze the marketing communication in the hotel, as well as to evaluate the current status and find recommendations and measures that may lead to the improvement of the marketing communication, increase quality of the hotel services provision.
