Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvolení nejoptimálnějšího způsobu financování vlastního bydlení modelové rodiny na možnostech rodinného rozpočtu. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku jednotlivých způsobů financování nemovitosti. V aplikační části je představena rodina a její finanční možnosti. This thesis follows up a problem of a choice of the most optimal way of financing a family housing of a sample family limited by their own budget. The theoretical part includes characteristics of particular methods of the real estate financing. The family with its financial possibilities is introduced in the application part.
