Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat s využitím odborné literatury a dalších zdrojových dokumentů teoretická východiska zkoumaného tématu, popsat a objasnit systém vzdělávání ve vybrané organizaci. Realizovat ve vybrané organizaci průzkum názorů zaměstnanců na systém dalšího vzdělávání, interpretovat zjištěná data a doporučit, jak lze zkvalitnit zkoumanou oblast.
Abstract:
The purpose of this work is to utilize theoretical knowledge of researched phenomenon and to explain the system of education in chosen organization with the help of using specialized literature and other documents.
