Diplomová práce pojednává o střídavé péči, jako jedné z možných variant porozvodové úpravy péče o děti. V teoretické části jsou ozřejmeny základní pojmy rodinného práva, rozvodový konflikt a postavení nezletilých dětí v něm, včetně legislativního zakotvení. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with alternating care as one of the possible variants of post-divorce treatment of child care. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of family law, divorce conflict and the position of minors in it, including the legislative enshrine.
