Práce se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy práva na obhajobu v českém trestním řízení. Východisko práce je představováno pojmovým vymezením práva na obhajobu včetně jeho zakotvení v mezinárodních a nadnárodních dokumentech. The thesis deals with the analysis of the right of defence in the Czech criminal proceedings. There are the right of defence and its international and national legislation defined at the beginning of the thesis.
