Tématem této diplomové práce je "Vliv nedostatku pracovníků na ekonomický subjekt působící v automobilovém průmyslu". Určeným subjektem je firma DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH s.r.o. (dále jen DMCZ) se sídlem v Liberci. Cílem práce je identifikovat a následně analyzovat vlivy nedostatku pracovníků konkrétně na DMCZ, a navrhnout možnosti na zlepšení současné situace. The topic of this Thesis is "The Influence of Labour shortage on the economic entity operating in the automotive industry". Designated entity is DENSO MANUFACTURING CZECH s.r.o.
