Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na metody používané v rámci preimplantační genetické diagnostiky (PGD), které umožňují odhalit všechny dosud známé genetické abnormality ještě před narozením jedince. V první kapitole je popsána in vitro fertilizace, na kterou navazuje princip odběru biologického materiálu. Následující kapitoly obsahují výčet jednotlivých metod. Poslední kapitola se věnuje budoucnosti v oblasti metod pro PGD. Práce se soustřeďuje na principy metod, využití a v neposlední řadě na jejich pozitiva a negativa.

Abstract:

This abstract focuses on the methods used in the context of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), which can detect all known genetic abnormalities before the birth of an individual. In the first chapter is described in vitro fertilization, which is followed by the principle of biopsy of biological material. The following chapters contains a list of various methods. The last chapter deals with the future in the field of methods for PGD. The bachelor thesis mentions the principles of the methods, use and finally their pros and cons.
