Business Plan: Construction of wind farms

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na výstavbu větrných elektráren. Jsou zde popsány kroky, které jsou nutné zvážit při založení firmy jako je popis legislativního prostředí, analýza konkurence až po finanční zhodnocení projektu a analýzu rizik. Dalšími cíli studie je zajištění technických, finančních a obchodních informací, které jsou důležité pro vyhodnocení projektu z hlediska jeho realizace nebo zamítnutí. V diplomové práci budou zpracovány finanční rozpočty, na jejichž základě budou vypočítány kapitálové výdaje a peněžní příjmy z investic (cash flow) a následné posouzení, zda je projekt efektivní.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis will be to develop a business plan for the construction of wind turbines. There are described steps that are necessary to consider when setting up a business such as a description of the legislative environment, peer and risk analysis. Other objectives of the study is to provide technical, financial and business information that is important to evaluate the project in terms of its implementation or rejection. In this thesis will be processed budgets on the basis shall be calculated capital expenditures and cash income from investments (cash flow).
