V této diplomové práci budu zkoumat model zákaznické segmentace ve vybrané firmě. Pro tyto účely jsem si vybral společnost Broker Consulting, která se zabývá službami nezávislého finančního poradenství a byla ochotna poskytnout odpovědi pro mé zkoumání. In this thesis I will do research customer segmentation model in the selected company. For these purposes, I chose the company Broker Consulting, which offer the services of independent financial advice and was willing to provide answers for my inquiry.
