Abstract:

SADVÁROVÁ, Jana. Role sestry u aplikace radiofarmaka na PET/MR vyšetření. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Eva Marková, PhD. Praha. 2022. 50 s. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat ošetřovatelskou péči a její efekt u 67leté pacientky v průběhu kontrolního vyšetření nejmodernější diagnostickou metodou PET/MR, jež je nejčastěji využívaná u pacientů s onkologickou diagnózou. Na případu jedné pacientky je demonstrována ošetřovatelská péče před vyšetřením novou diagnostickou metodou, v průběhu a po něm. V ošetřovatelské péči byla aplikována metoda ošetřovatelského procesu a popsány všechny jeho fáze – posouzení zdravotního stavu pacientky, ošetřovatelská diagnostika, plánování péče, její realizace a zhodnocení. Pro posouzení zdravotního stavu pacientky bylo využito schéma NANDA I domén, na jehož půdorysu byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy. V bakalářské práci je podrobněji popsáno řešení ošetřovatelských diagnóz: 00148 Strach, 00004 Riziko infekce a 00217 Riziko alergické reakce. Vyšetřovací metoda PET/MR je finančně nákladná s vysokými nároky na její provedení a kvalitní přípravu pacienta před vyšetřením. Hlavním cílem je hladký průběh vyšetření, bez přerušení a následných komplikací. Za správnou přípravu pacientky zodpovídá především všeobecná sestra.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the nursing care and its effect in a 67-year-old female patient during a follow-up examination with the most modern diagnostic method PET/MR, which is most frequently used in patients with oncological diagnosis. The case of one patient demonstrates the nursing care before, during and after the examination with the new diagnostic method. The nursing process method has been applied in the nursing care and all its phases have been described – assessment of the patient's health status, nursing diagnosis, care planning, its implementation and evaluation. The NANDA I domain schema was used to assess the patient's health status and nursing diagnoses were made on the basis of this schema. The nursing diagnoses 00148 Fear, 00004 Risk of infection and 00217 Risk of allergic reaction are described in detail in the bachelor thesis. The PET/MR examination method is costly with high demands on its performance and quality preparation of the patient before the examination. The main goal is a smooth examination without interruptions and subsequent complications. The general nurse is primarily responsible for the proper preparation of the patient.
