Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou měření viskozity kysaných mléčných výrobků. V první části této práce je popsána viskozita, metody měření viskozity, jednotlivé viskozimetry a jejich rozdělení dle principu měření. This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of viscosity of fermented dairy products.
