Předmětem dizertační práce bylo zhodnocení přínosu FDG PET a PET/CT vyšetření u pacientů s vaskulitídami velkých tepen. Abstract:
The subject of this dissertation work was to evaluate the benefits of FDG PET and PET/CT scans in patients with large vessel vasculitis. The examination, which was carried out in a group of 39 patients within differential examination of patients with fever of unknown origin, proved that signs of large vessel vasculitis were detected earlier than with other visualization examinations.
