Abstract:
Práce se zabývá obchodním tajemstvím a jeho ochranou. Nejprve je vymezen pojem obchodní tajemství podle § 504 občanského zákoníku v aplikaci na případ z praxe. Je uvedeno také srovnání pojmu obchodní tajemství s vymezením ve vybraných evropských státech. The thesis deals with the trade secret and its protection. Firstly, it deals with the definition of trade secret under Sec. 504 of Civil Code in the application on the practical example. The comparison of the concept of trade secret in selected countries is also presented.
