Abstract:
Cílem disertační práce je příprava monolitických kapilárních kolon vhodných pro separace nízkomolekulárních látek. Práce studuje vliv síťujícího monomeru v polymerační směsi na účinnost připravených polymethakrylátových kolon. The aim of the doctoral thesis is preparation of monolithic capillary columns suitable for the separation of low-molecular compounds. This work investigates the effect of the type of crosslinking monomer in the polymerization mixture on the efficiency of prepared polymethacrylate columns.
