Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je získávání a výběr pracovníků ve společnosti Auto Papoušek, s.r.o. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je definován celý proces získávání a výběr pracovníků. V této části jsou také popsány metody a formy oslovení uchazečů a dále způsoby, kterými se provádí výběr nejvhodnějšího uchazeče pro společnost. V praktické části bakalářské práce je popsána charakteristika společnosti, organizační struktura této společnosti, popis procesu získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti a konkrétní ukázka tohoto procesu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat problematiku získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti a doporučit návrhy na zlepšení problémů, které byly při analýze zjištěny.

Abstract:

Theme of the bachelor thesis is the recruitment and selection of employees at Auto Papoušek, s.r.o. In the theoretical part is defined by the whole process of recruitment and selection of employees. This section also describes the methods and forms of reach the candidates, and methods for implementing selection of the best candidate for the company. In the practical part of the thesis describes the characteristics of the company, the organizational structure of the company, a description of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company and a specific example of this process. The aim of this work is to analyse the problems of recruitment and selection of employees in the company and recommend proposals to improve the problems that were identified in the analysis.
