Práce analyzuje funkci sociálního klimatu a řízení lidských zdrojů v prostředí zahraniční firmy, která působí na českém trhu a v automobilce Volkswagen v Německu. Volkswagen AG je jednou z největších automobilek na světě. Ročně vyrobí až 6 200 000 automobilů, od těch nejmenších jako je Fox, Polo, až po ty největší, jako je Touareg, Phaeton. This thesis analyzes the function of social climate and of human resource management in two international companies, one of which is Procter & Gamble Rakona operating on the Czech market and the second is Volkswagen Ltd., German company producing automobiles.
