The Specifics of Social Work in Health Care

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce s názvem "Specifika sociální práce ve zdravotnictví" se zaměřuje na vymezení specifik sociální práce ve zdravotnictví vůči sociální práci v sociálních službách. Jejím hlavním cílem je tato specifika analyzovat a posléze tak vytvořit ucelený informační manuál určený především k edukaci teoretických a praktických vědomostí studentů oboru sociální práce zajímajících se o danou problematiku. Kapitola nesoucí název "Specifika sociální práce ve zdravotnictví" má za úkol zpracovat teoretické poznatky, zásady, normy a požadavky, které jsou relevantní a závazné pro uskutečňování sociálních činností ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Obsah této kapitoly tvoří základní směr pro zkoumání samotné zdravotně-sociální práce a má analyzovat rozdílnost pojetí sociální práce ve zdravotnictví a mimo zdravotnictví. Z tohoto důvodu je pozornost zaměřena na konkrétní vymezování a definici základních specifik, kterými se sociální práce ve zdravotnictví liší od sociální práce v sociálních službách. Následující kapitola "Sociální práce ve zdravotnickém zařízení v praxi" objasňuje markantní zvláštnosti a jedinečnosti projevující se v konkrétním zařízení a v konkrétní práci zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. Zde je cílem poukázat na vysokou míru jedinečnosti, individuálního přístupu, značnou kreativitu, pestrost a flexibilitu, kterými se činnost zdravotně sociálního pracovníka vyznačuje. V závěru své práce se zabývám i výslednými doporučeními pro zlepšení sociální práce ve zdravotnictví, které v kontextu celé mé práce více či méně vystupují do popředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis entitled "The Specifics of Social Work in Health Care" focuses on specification of social work in health care to social work in social services. Its main objective is to analyze the specifics and then to create a comprehensive information manual primarily designed for the education of theoretical and practical knowledge of social work students who are interested in the issue. Chapter entitled "The Social Work in Health Care and its specifics" is designed to handle the theoretical knowledge, principles, standards and requirements that are relevant and binding on the implementation of social activities in healthcare facilities. The content of this chapter constitutes the basic direction for exploration health and social work, and to analyze the diversity of concepts of social work in health care and outside the health sector. For this reason, attention is focused on the specific definition and the definition of basic specifics in which social work in health care is different from social work in social services. The next chapter "Social Work in a Medical Facility in Practice" explains striking peculiarities and uniqueness which are manifested in a specific device and a specific work of health-social worker. The aim here is to point out the high degree of uniqueness, individual approach, considerable creativity, diversity and flexibility with which is the activity characterized by health and social worker. At the end of my bachelor thesis, I indicated the resulting recommendations for improving social work in health care which in the context of the whole of my work more or less come to the fore.
