Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice osobnosti poradce rané péče ve vztahu ke klientům s poruchou autistického spektra. Teoretická část se věnuje představení poruch autistického spektra, dělením, terminologií, možnostmi screeningu a diagnostiky. Dále se věnuje specifikům dětí s poruchou autistického spektra v dětském věku a potřebám rodin těchto dětí. Významnou kapitolou je představení rané péče jako sociální služby, legislativní ukotvení a představení pracovníků rané péče. V práci je popsána také osobnost poradce rané péče, její specifika, vlastnosti a dovednosti, náplň práce a problematika psychohygieny a sebepéče. Poslední kapitola představuje téma profesních hranic, jejich druhů a práci s dodržováním, porušováním nebo překračováním hranic. Cílem práce, a tedy i šetření realizovaného v praktické části je analýza, interpretace a komparace způsobu vnímání osobnosti poradce rané péče a vymezení profesních hranic ve vztahu ke klientům s PAS z perspektivy poradkyň rané péče a rodičů těchto dětí. V práci je zahrnuto celkem 8 rozhovorů s respondenty. Čtyři rozhovory byly vedeny s poradkyněmi rané péče a čtyři další rozhovory s rodiči klientů rané péče. Respondenti byli osloveni v organizaci JAN, z. s.

Abstract:

The theses deals with the issue of personality of early care counsellors in relation to clients with autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part is devoted to the introdution of autism spectrum disorders, divisions, terminology, possibilities of screening and diagnosis, It also discusses the specifics of children with autism spectrum disorder in infancy and the needs of families of these children. An important chapter introduces early care as a social service, legislative anchoring and introduction of early care workers. The personality of the early care counsellor, its specifics, characteristics and skills, job description and the issues of psychohygiene and self-care are also described. The last chapter introduces the topic of professional boundaries, their types and working with adherence, violation or transgression of boundaries. The aim of the thesis, and therefore the investigation carried out in the practical part, is to analyse, interpret and compare the way of perceiving the personality of the early care counsellor and defining professional boundaries in relation to clients with PAS from the perspective of early care counsellors and parents of these children. A total of 8 interviews with respondents are included in the thesis. Four interviews were conducted with early care counsellors and four other interviews were conducted with parents of early care clients. The respondents were contacted at the JAN, z. s. organization.
