Diplomová práca sa zaoberá úvermi určenými na bývanie vo vybraných bankách SR. Teoretická časť sa venuje bankovej sústave a komerčným bankám, aktívnym operáciám bánk, hypotekárnemu bankovníctvu, stavebnému sporeniu, spotrebným úverom, Americkej hypotéke a úverovému procesu.
