Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o nasazení CRM systému do fiktivního podniku. Zabývá se analýzou původního systému, jeho zhodnocením a výběrem nového systému CRM. V práci se následně zabýváme návrhem a implementací CRM systému do prostředí podniku, jeho instalací, nastavením, optimalizací a doporučeními k používání. This bachelor thesis deals with the deployment of a CRM system in a fictive company. It focuses on the analysis of the original system, its evaluation and the selection of a new CRM system.
