Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a testováním metkrylátových kapilárních monolitických kolon pro separace nízkomolekulárních látek. Práce studuje vliv délky alkylového a oxyethylenového řetězce síťujících monomerů na účinnost separace. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is preparation and characterization of polymethacrylate capillary monolithic columns for the separation of low-molecular compounds. Thesis explores the effect of the length of alkyl and oxyethylene chain in dimethacrylate crosslinker on the separation power and efficiency of prepared columns.
