Workers' self-reflection of a chosen organization for social-legal protection of children (OSPOD in Czech) with the focus on supervision experience

Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Sebereflexe pracovníků vybraného OSPOD se zaměřením na supervizní zkušenost“ se zamýšlí nad tím, jak je důležitá reflexe vlastní činnosti i sebereflexe pracovníků OSPOD pro kvalitní výkon jejich práce i pro ně samotné. Vymezuje důvody, podmínky i možnosti jejich realizace v organizaci, vč. supervize, jako organizované příležitosti k reflexi a sebereflexi. Klade si za cíl zjistit, jaká je v tomto směru situace v OSPOD, kde není zavedena pravidelná supervize. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním porozumění. Na základě rozhovorů zjišťuje, jaký význam přikládají pracovníci vybraného OSPOD reflexi a sebereflexi v praxi konkrétní organizace, a zároveň jakou mají zkušenost se supervizí. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí zjištěných skutečností a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This master thesis named „Workers’ self-reflection of a chosen organization for social-legal protection of children (OSPOD in Czech) with the focus on supervision experience“ thinks about the importance of reflection of one´s activity as well as the importance of self-reflection of OSPOD workers for their high quality performance and for themselves as well. It delimits the reasons, conditions and possibilities of their realization in the organization including supervision as an organized opportunity for reflection and self-reflection. The objective of this thesis it to find out what the situation is like in an OSPOD organization where no regular supervision has been implemented. The empirical part is based on qualitative understanding. Based on interviews it finds out how important the workers of a chosen OSPOD think that reflection and self-reflection are in the practice of a particular organization and also what their experience with supervision is. The conclusion of the thesis contains a summary of discovered facts and a recommendation for practice.
