Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit jak sociální pracovníci na území města Olomouc rozumí pojmu komunitní práce. Jejich představy o tomto pojmu a využití komunitní práce v jejich profesi. Prováděl jsem kvalitativní výzkum a ke s sběru dat jsem použil polostrukturovaný rozhovor. The purpose of my graduate thesis is to analyze how social workers understand the term community work. Their conceptions about this term and how they are using it in their work.
