Abstract:
Výzkumnou otázkou práce jsou způsoby oceňovaní obnovitelných zdrojů energie v property managementu zejména ve vztahu k oceňovaní majetku. Z obnovitelných zdrojů energie se práce zaměřuje na větrné a fotovoltanické zdroje energie. Popisuje způsoby správy budov a jednotlivé metody oceňování nemovitosti.
