Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kompetencích vzdělavatelů dospělých a personalistů. Je zaměřena na absolventy oboru andragogika a veřejná politika a lidské zdroje a to, co tyto obory spojuje. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické části a praktické části. Teoretická část práce vymezuje nejprve základní pojmy a následně konkrétní studijní obory. This thesis discusses the competencies of adult educators and HR professionals. It is aimed at graduates of Adult Education and Public Policy and Human Resources, and what connects these fields. It consists of two parts, the theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts first and then specific fields of study.
