Personnel strategy in profit organization

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením personální strategie ve firmě 42 & Czech s. r. o. a následně návrhem na její vylepšení. Práce se dělí na dva hlavní pilíře, a to na teoretickou část, kde je popsána teorie k personální strategii, a na část praktickou, kde už se vyhodnotí konkrétní personální strategie podniku a navrhne se její vylepšení. Práce se zabývá problematikou lidských zdrojů v organizaci, jako je jejich získávání, výběr, přijímání, hodnocení, vzdělávání, odměňování a uvolňování a také se zde objevuje charakteristika pracovních míst. V praktické části je v těchto bodech rozepsána personální strategie této ziskové organizace a poté je tam uvedena kapitola Návrhy a doporučení, kde se nachází praktické návrhy na její vylepšení, aby byla personální strategie udržitelná z krátkodobého i dlouhodobého hlediska. Návrhy a doporučení vycházejí především z dotazníkového šetření od zaměstnanců firmy 42 & Czech s. r. o.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about evaluation of personal strategy in company 42 & Czech s. r. o. and suggestions for its improvement. The thesis is divided into two main pillars, theoretical part where the personal strategy is described and practical part where the specific personal strategy is already assessmented and its improvement is suggested. This thesis is also about the human resources issue in this company such as interviewing and choosing employees, compensation, their training and the characteristics of the posts. In practical part of this thesis is more written about about the personal strategy of this company and in section Proposals and recommendations are practical recommendations of its improving, so the personal strategy will be sustainable in the short term and long term too. Proposals and recommendations were found out of the questionnaire of the company 42 & Czech s. r. o.´s employees.
