V diplomové práci se zabýváme dosavadním vývojem Multikulturní výchovy a jejími dopady na postoje a vědomosti žáků. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje teoretický podklad tématu. Zabýváme se zde školskou reformou v podobě RVP a jeho obsahem, definujeme průřezové téma Multikulturní výchova, specifikujeme jeho význam, cíle a metody realizace. The Diploma thesis deals with the development of Multicultural Education and its effectiveness on attitudes and knowledge of current pupils of primary schools. The theoretical part is mostly about the Multicultural Education and the school reform in the form of Framework Education Programme for Basic Education.
