Social and legal protection of children - case conferences

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na případovou konferenci jako metodu sociální práce, na přístup sociálních pracovníků k případové konferenci. V teoretické části je v první kapitole popsáno vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti sociálně právní ochrany dětí, rodiny, ohroženého dítěte, náhradní rodinné péče či ústavní výchovy. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána rodina, její smysl, historie, funkce a poruchy rodiny. Dále je představena náhradní rodinná péče, její historie a formy. K případové konferenci se dostaneme ve čtvrté části, kde je kladen důraz na historii, vývoj, novelu zákona, důvody pro svolání, příprava, průběh, typy, rizika a případné bariéry. V praktické části bakalářské práce je vymezena metodologie výzkumu. Dále tvoří praktickou část kvalitativní výzkum polostrukturovanými rozhovory s pěti informanty. A nakonec je provedena analýza dokumentů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on a case conference as a method of social work and on the approach of social workers towards it. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, we describe the explanation of basic concepts in the field of social and legal protection of children, families, endangered children, alternative family care or institutional education. The second chapter describes the family, its meaning, history, functions and disorders. Substitute family care, its history and forms are also introduced. We will get to the case conference in the fourth part, where the emphasis is on the history, development, amendment of the law, reasons for convening, preparation, course, types, risks and possible barriers. The practical part of the bachelor thesis defines the research methodology. Furthermore, the practical part consists of qualitative research with semi-structured inter-views with five informants. Finally, a document analysis is performed.
