Abstract:

Florišová, I. Sociální podnikání a poskytování dotací sociálním podnikům v ČR. Di-plomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018.Tato práce popisuje a analyzuje sociální podnikání a jeho finanční podporu v ČR. Cílem práce je na základě teoreticko – metodologických hledisek a odpovídajících analýz zpracovat návrh postupu na získání dotace pro sociální podnik v ČR. V práci jsou použity metody deskripce, analýzy, syntézy a komparace. Teoretická část práce se v literární rešerši věnuje problematice související se sociální politi-kou a ekonomikou a se sociálním podnikáním. V praktické části práce jsou analy-zována data týkající se současného sociálního podnikání a sociálních podniků v ČR získaná na základě výzkumů metodou desk-research a metodou dotazování pro-střednictvím elektronického dotazníku. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje vypracova-ný ucelený přehled aktuální finanční podpory pro sociální podniky v ČR a návrh postupu na získání dotace z EU.

Brno: Menedel University, 2018.This thesis describes and analyzes social business and its financial support in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is the preparation of a proposal for ob-taining a subsidy for a social enterprise in the Czech Republic based on the theo-retical - methodological aspects and adequate analysis. The methods of descrip-tion, analysis, synthesis and comparison are used in the thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issues related to social policy and economy and to social entrepreneurship. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the data of current social entrepreneurship and social enterprise in the Czech Republic obtained on the basis of researches by the method of desk-research and by the method of questioning through electronic questionnaire. The final part of the thesis contains a comprehensive overview of current financial support for social enterprises in the Czech Republic and the proposal for a procedure for obtaining a subsidy from the EU.
