Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategického finančního plánování. Hlavním cílem práce je sestavit plnohodnotný finanční plán budoucího vývoje, který je aplikován na sociální podnikání v rámci neziskové organizace. The thesis deals with issue of the strategic financial planning. The main aim is to assemble a full-value financial plan of future development, which is applied to social enterprise in the non-profit organization.
