Bakalářská práce se zabývá radionuklidovými vyšetřeními onemocnění příštítných tělísek. V teoretické části jsou popsány základy nukleární medicíny, radiační fyziky a problematiky radiofarmak, rovněž je popsána anatomie, fyziologie a patologie příštítných tělísek. The bachelor thesis deals with radionuclide imaging of diseases of the parathyroid glands. The theoretical part describes the basics of nuclear medicine, radiation physics and radiopharmaceuticals, as well as the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the parathyroid glands.
