Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na studium vlivu světla, konkrétně jeho spektrální kvality a celkové ozářenosti, na metabolismus rostlinných fenolických látek (FL). Cílem je posouzení dopadů světlem indukovaných změn metabolického profilu FL na míru tolerance rostlin vůči působení světelného stresu. In this thesis, the effect of light spectral quality and total irradiance on the composition of plant phenolic compounds (PC) is evaluated. The aim of this study is to find out to which extent may be the plant tolerance to unfavourable light conditions affected by light-induced changes in PC content.
