Radionuclide methods in the diagnosis and identification of therapeutic response in connection with patients with sarcoidosis
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněním zvané sarkoidóza. Popisuje, jaké jsou možnosti radionuklidové diagnostiky a taktéž léčby tohoto onemocnění. Rovněž se práce věnuje obecně oboru nukleární medicíny, s čímž souvisí základní fyzikální principy, radiofarmaka a taktéž radiační ochrana.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with a disease called sarcoidosis. It describes the possibilities of radionuclide diagnosis and also treatment of this disease. The work is devoted generally to the nuclear medicine, which is related to the basic physical principles, radiopharmaceuticals and also radiation protection.
